Yin Yoga is a meditative asana practice that focuses on the area from navel to knees and stretches, compresses, and gently twists the connective tissue of the body while you relax the muscles!

 



 

 

Intuitive Yoga class is an eclectic blend of Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, and hands-on massage, Reiki, and acupressure with adjustments. May include chanting, recorded or live music, and meditation.
